The Good, the Bad and the Queen is the name of Damon Albarn’s (Blur) new album/project. The band doesn’t have a name yet, but they already have a Wikipedia Entry. According to Wikipedia, the group consists of Albarn, The Clash’s bassist Paul Simonon, former The Verve guitarist Simon Tong and Afrobeat drummer Tony Allen. Full album to be released on January 22nd, produced by Danger Mouse. Stream the first single, “Herculean” on Windows or Real.

Ex-Blur guitarist Graham Coxon will have a new album called Love Travels at Illegal Speeds November 11th on EMI UK/Parlophone. Produced by Stephen Street (who was responsible for Blur’s Parklife and Modern Life is Rubbish), Love Travels at Illegal Speeds, is Coxon’s fourth album in the US and his sixth solo effort overall.
